Located in the middle of a typical haut savoyard village, at the croosroads of hiking trails, in between lake and mountains, the hotel restaurant LES CHEMINS DU LEMAN, will welcome you with confort and friendliness. Highly recommended

This is a really wonderful hotel. I am walking the GR 5 and could not have had a better start.

The young couple who run the hotel and restaurant are super friendly and very professional. Both speak English fluently, pay attention to details and give the place at the same time a family feeling.

The dinner was superb and the breakfast copious. I can highly recommend this place to all my fellow GR 5 hikers.

Excellent hotel

We had a great stay at this hikers hotel high in the mountains. Its located in Novel a small village perched in the side of a mountain. Our room was very clean and exactly what we needed after a long drive. Free wifi and cable tv.

We had our 10month old baby with us and they couldn’t be more helpful to us and our needs.

The hosts Cecile and Yoan couldn’t be any more helpful and speak excellent English. We had Dinner and Breakfast and both were very good and the dinner was reasonably priced.I recommend the duck it was awesome.

You will need to drive to the hotel unless you are very fit, the road up to novel is very steep.

Idyllic Accomodations

We enjoyed three days in July at this beautiful chalet surrounded by mountains.

The guest rooms were spacious, clean and our room with a terrace had beautiful views.

We were within 15 minutes of trail heads and were able to hike in both Switzerland and France, each with excellent views of Lac Léman. Cécile & Yoan were warm and welcoming hosts who did everything possible to make this an enjoyable stay.

The breakfasts and dinners offered were delicious, especially the Raclette.

We highly recommend this charming, peaceful place.
